With a degree in Commercial Art and over 30 years experience in graphic design, owner Laurie Nielsen started Moose Breath Graphics in 1993. Her printing experience goes back further to 1983.
Having jumped the divide from print to digital, she’s pretty much done it all — from creating ads, pasting and formatting, and print production for newspapers and magazines, to prepping digital files for print and virtual. She’s been a Production Supervisor for in-house print shops and a Graphic Designer for a direct mail publication designing and prepping books for print.
Why Moose Breath?
Upon moving to Washington State from Florida, Laurie became enchanted with all things Moose...thus the name Moose Breath Graphics was born (the breath part was just for fun).
It was also the greatest marketing tool she never thought of since she has been asked numerous times throughout the years, "Where did you get that name?" It tended to get people's attention.
